It's the Zeppelin album I know the least. The production and sound leave me a bit perplexed and have made it age worse than the others. I still don't like your style: you focus on two or three songs, looping the same things over and over (that the intro to "The Rain Song" is too long is enough to say just once) and then you just leave it there, without even a decent conclusion.

"Pop" follows in the wake of Zooropa but does so with a synthetic and trendy grandeur, evidently the result of the four's copious cocaine use. There are great tracks and monumental disasters, but the impression is one of electronic playfulness taken to extremes. You can feel that Eno is no longer present, and you should have mentioned that. For me, it's a mistake to underestimate "Original Soundtrack 1," because, excluding the fawning and pathetic "Miss Sarajevo," that was exactly the kind of music U2 should have continued to make. But few understand this, especially not the enthusiasts of dreadful albums like "All That you.." and "How To Dismantle.." (even the names are cumbersome and annoying to write).

I know you'll start waving your little finger and spouting your ironic and snarky responses, but you've written a pile of crap.. Aside from the comparison with REM that makes no sense, "Numb" doesn’t talk about the harmful effects of television and, above all, this album is not the sequel to "Rattle & Hum"; who said that?? And I’ll stop here... This is my favorite U2 album simply because I find it the most experimental and intriguing. A successful project despite being born out of a rush.. And now go ahead with your know-it-all jabs..

Lately, you're showing such a superficial attitude that it's becoming unbearable. The review is ineffective, condescending, and once again, it's just thrown together. I don't even feel like giving you a rating.

I don’t know.. A bit of a disconnected, rushed review that even exaggerates a bit.. "When The Leeve Breaks" has a psychedelic flavor that’s fine, but "sweet"?? I really didn’t understand some phrases, and they seem just tossed in randomly.. Anyway, I believe that mediocrity has no place on this album..
Quentin Tarantino Django Unchained
Voto:
Beautiful... Beautiful because, first of all, it is acted exceptionally well: DiCaprio impresses me more every time I see him, Waltz is superb, and Jackson has real class; Foxx is also good, but his character is definitely the flattest. Beautiful because the story, truly clichéd, is told in the right ways and at the right pace. Perhaps the dialogues are a bit less effective than usual and the self-referentiality sometimes borders on the ridiculous, but one can understand it knowing the element (Tarantino)... Beautiful for the depiction of the historical period; what will Quentin tackle next time, will he take on the Middle Ages? There are good reasons to take your judgments with a grain of salt, and your arrogance and superficiality are just two of them... You write well but present yourself poorly, which is a shame...

I've already expressed my thoughts on the album. Your judgment, as a fan, is understandable, but I really don't think we can talk about humble albums that aim low. I mean, they are U2, 10 million copies sold, concerts galore... Nothing they do is low-profile.

I'm sorry, but the review is really bad.. In a friendly way, though, but rereading it wouldn't hurt you at all.. This remake really doesn't spark the slightest curiosity in me.. Also because, in terms of purpose, it seems pointless: the original, as much as it strayed from the novel, already worked wonderfully.. I don't think there was anything else to say.
