Mel Gibson Apocalypto

The review is certainly not distinguished and is rather hasty. In my opinion, the film is very good; it has an undeniable epic flavor and is technically of the highest level. It's a shame about the pathetic blunders, like the underwater birth and other absurdities that weigh it down dangerously. The sacrificial scenes are very powerful but still reflect a chilling historical reality. I find it ridiculous that many critics have spoken of racism; the scene of the arrival of the Spaniards (it lasts maybe ten seconds...) does not symbolize civilization destroying pagan barbarism, but I believe it simply signifies the definitive end of an era.
Joe Satriani Surfing with the Alien

I agree with 47. I find Satriani much better than Vai, who has always given me the impression of a cold, surgical guitar style, even though I have to admit I've never really delved into the works of these two geniuses. I remember very little about the album, namely the impressive Hill of the Skull and the delicate and soothing Always With Me.. Really very beautiful.. A brief but drinkable review.

Perhaps the Afterglow present here is not as stunning as that of Seconds Out, but it is definitely much better than that of Three Sides Live.

In my opinion, the review is quite poorly written and also repetitive, but it contains two statements that I absolutely agree with: the choice of sound for Tony's keyboards was wrong, too harsh and intrusive, and the version of In The Cage Medley is a bit depressing, rather flat and far from the ancient glories. The rest is of excellent quality, with a beautiful Afterglow and the mini suites from the 80s appearing in exceptional form. I also share the judgment on Carpet Crawlers, which I have always preferred sung by Phil rather than by Peter.

If you grow up empty, you need to fill yourself up... And the easiest way to do that is to draw from all the images, the sounds (like these four mediocre clowns) and the cosmopolitan shit that marketing spreads everywhere and relentlessly... Teenagers are empty and, I’m sorry to say, in my opinion, it’s only going to get worse... It's not a matter of generational warfare or paternalistic remarks like "well, in my time etc..." but for Christ's sake, you can see what the hell middle school kids are up to today. Even just ten years ago, things weren't like this... I may sound redundant, but I think you both have a point in certain ways...

In my opinion, it's a good film, very moving and subtly unsettling. The reconstruction of the perfect American town, all codified and standardized, is intriguing, and Depp does a great job. Personally, I find that the review brings tears to my eyes, but not out of tenderness. A bit of romanticism doesn't hurt, but here the level of sweetness is enough to give you diabetes.

These nonsense statements only confirm your dementia.
Sofia Coppola Marie Antoinette

The presence of Asia Argento and the overwhelming sound of dull characters like the Strokes and the Cure turn this film into a dumpster and insult its story. Why didn't Sofia include Curved Air? Kristen Dunst is very beautiful, but her photo on the poster is obscene.

My "in sufficient" is a typo.. I'm not Jesus Christ (thankfully).. I'm someone who appreciates this film and knows it very well.. What is it, has it become forbidden to express opinions, Emanuele?
