Dear doctor, interesting opinion. Here, however, we could open a debate on the meaning of "science fiction." Fancy science or scientific fantasy? Verne, who was skeptical about the use of the fantastic and apparently reserved rather caustic comments on Wells's novels and his unexplainable inventions, I think can be placed in the second category. Talking about patents risks becoming a game in itself; I still believe that Verne was the first to interpret and catalyze the scientific power of his time and to put it in the service of fiction.

The writing is bogged down and a bit clumsily put together. More than anything, your analysis lacks generosity. Nothing to say about the previous careers of these three (jerks), but x-Factor, in my opinion, only means one thing: to create trendy "music," à la page, that sells a lot (also because that way, Simona Ventura can afford her lifts and drugs). Giusy Ferreri is a prime example; the little I've seen and heard on TV leaves no room for doubt: definitely another miserable presence in the vile world of our rock-pop. What a shame.
