It's clear that you don't know what you're talking about...not so much for the judgment (what's the point of giving a review one star just because you disagree with what's been said???) but more for the fact that you think these are the best on the scene. Limited knowledge = approximate opinions.

You didn't offend me. Just tell me what you disagree with.

The entire discography (except for the debut that I've never listened to) is among my favorite albums, including the latest one, which, however, shows a certain potential to become saturated soon...from the AT I only have one song: "remember"...beautiful, but not at the level of the DS.
Within Temptation The Silent Force

the overwhelming monotony during the compositional phase overshadows the ever-beautiful voice of Sharon and the magnificent orchestrations... and this factor is what made "the silent force" a missed masterpiece.
Sirenia An Elixir For Existence

I went to listen to the new songs by Sirenia...there isn't a single pleasant one. The band is done.

Don't you see that there’s no need to unfairly criticize each other when we have the same tastes and the same viewpoints? By the way, I wanted to tell you that I wrote the review of "widow's weeds" a year ago and, when I published it, I was unaware that there was another one... Anyway, long reviews might be the ones that are read the least (and the comments to that one are an example), but I, running (it’s true) the risk of being verbose, can’t manage to write concise reviews; even in the longer ones, it seems to me that I’m leaving something out...

hailed by all as the new Italian (and not only) revelation of 2006 in the gothic metal field...there are good ideas, but I can't appreciate an album like this. First of all, it's absurd to define it gothic...the story is extremely stereotypical, futuristic, and lacks passion (all criteria that clash with the gothic imagery). The musical formulas adopted are bland and monotonous. And it's not like the choruses are particularly catchy. In my opinion, the only standout is the beautiful "fading roses," perhaps the only track that managed to convey suffering and passion to me.

I much prefer the first...big lack of growl in "troll."
Nightwish End Of An Era

It's a beautiful and emotional live performance (excluding the pathetic and fake tears of the front-row fans)... it's just a shame to see how Mr. Tuomas Holopainen did everything to portray Tarja as the "bitch" (forgive me the adjective) of the situation. This is evident in a thousand details, sometimes even imperceptible (the side-by-side images of Tuomas in reflection and Tarja encouraging the audience at the beginning of "Ever Dream," to name just one).
Edenbridge Arcana

a band that is nothing short of irritating...the comparison with nightwish is completely unfounded. Only small steps have been made with the latest "the grand design"...but mediocrity is still a distant dream.
