I've never heard the P94 live, but I like the P90s; they are the right middle ground between a single coil and a humbucker. I don't know how much the delta blues costs, but if you have €1000 for a new one (or less for a used one if you find it), there's the Vox AC30, which is also 30W but in class A, and in terms of decibels, it's a whole different world...

An Epiphone Les Paul with Gibson pickups and an American Strat with a mini humbucker at the bridge. It all used to sound through a Vox AC15 until recently... But I don't want to talk about the bad memories :( As for the amp, I've tried the Delta Blues, and I really like it; it has a great attack!

It is true that there are remarkable Ibanez guitars, and it's also true that some "gaps" in the equalization can be remedied with an amp, but the idea that you can achieve a "tele" sound with any guitar is simply not true! Here I agree with Ale, the twang of a Tele comes from a Tele or a well-made copy. After all, an electric guitar isn't just two pickups mounted on any piece of wood; there's a circuit, a tone, a scale, all things that differentiate one guitar from another. Don't tell me that with a Satriani (as comfortable as it is) you can get the sound of a Tele because nobody will believe it...

Solid body???? The 335? No way! It says it has the tradition of hollowbodies and the performance of solid bodies, but that's just advertising bullshit... Anyway, it’s a semi-hollow, meaning it’s hollow around the F holes but has a block of maple in the middle from the neck to the end of the body (basically under the pickups). If I can save enough, it will be mine! Now I’m off and remember that the guitar isn’t important, what matters is to play!!! Bye!

"In terms of sound and aesthetics, Fender guitars, let me say, are something entirely different." Compared to what?

This will probably be my next purchase (money permitting) Gibson Custom 2015
It may just be "poetry," but if the maple isn't of good quality, trust me, you'll get very little out of it. Then we can agree that it’s not worth €1500, but that’s another story…

Maryg, same story as before. Take a layer of ash and then let me know if it’s light...

I completely disagree that the wood in an electric guitar doesn't matter. The tones of an ash, maple, or alder Strat are completely different in tonal response (maple will always sound brighter, for example). It's another matter to say that you can compensate for any "gaps" with amp settings, pedals, etc. But to claim that the wood doesn't affect the sound is simply not true.
