You write well, and even though I don't agree with everything you think, your review is enjoyable to read. I imagined you would review this as well and expected a flood of insults (it usually happens, trust me!), but instead, no! Either you have such luck (O) or you're liked by many! ;-) Just a couple of notes. The first to Bono: the pop kids made his fortune, and when he realized it, he hypocritically ran back to reclaim them all. The second to you: I understand that you like the Beatles, but bringing out the sergeant every time you have to make a comparison is tiresome and a bit out of place; it seems like you can't see beyond them. Always IMHO, eh... ;-)
Lana Del Rey Born To Die

But who is this Rey? A damn ram? And above all, is his wool any good? Alright, in the meantime I’m casting my vote of confidence, but please Superbia, respond to me, if only to show my other goofy friends up here your avatar. P.S.: just kidding, welcome, but just know that plastic pop is not looked upon favorably around here...
Muse The Second Law

The review isn't bad at all, but you lost a point when you acted like a prophet with the truth in your pocket "for now they remain one of the best things you can listen to." NO! And anyway, there was no need for the 5th review; if you do it, you have to be aware that hundreds of jokers like me will come through to write nonsense... The album, as I've already said, I won't listen to.
John Lee Hooker The Complete Chess Folk Blues Sessions

Look, I don't like lengthy reviews either, but this is like saying "Oh burdèl I really love this album, you should listen to it too!". Since you quote Wikipedia, right from there: "Review: The term comes from the Latin verb 'recensere' (recenseo, recenses, recensui, recensum, recensere) and means to examine, to survey, to reflect". Anyway, welcome!

Better than that of Psycho (no offense captain, I beg you! ;-D). The proposal is as original as it is outside my usual listening habits...

A man walks into a supermarket and notices a beautiful woman staring at him intently. He gets his courage up and asks her, "Excuse me, do we know each other?" The lady replies, "I believe you are the father of one of my children." He thinks for a minute, then doubts whether the child she’s talking about could be the result of the one time he cheated on his wife. So he asks the woman, "But are you by any chance the stripper who jumped out of the cake at my best friend's bachelor party. Five years ago? You know, the one I slept with on the table in front of the pool while your friend dressed as a tiger whipped my bare butt?" And the woman replies, "No, I am your son's teacher..."
Soundgarden Been Away Too Long
Voto:
Mmmmmmmmm... I listened to it on the tube (I didn't want to but I have the same willpower as a guinea pig) and... Well, if they had just kept quiet it might have been better, we would all remember them as really cool, but instead, no!
Stump A Fierce Pancake

Holy cow, described like that it sounds like the album of my life!!! I have to go on YouTube, if I discover the album of my life I will love you forever, if I hate it I will haunt you on the site with 10,000 fake accounts! You have an excellent descriptive ability, but I want to make one note: names in uppercase are annoying…

"... as in an isolated system (Italy?) energy can only dissipate, with no possible remedies." The repetition of both physics and English: the translation is wrong and (indeed) so is the law.

The review is not bad (see the rating) but it reveals a certain "goodism," if you will, towards the Muse. I have listened to only Origin of Symmetry and Absolution in their entirety, honest albums but nothing more. Everything I have heard afterwards (including Madness and Unsustainable) and especially what I have heard from their supporters makes me think that what you wrote is dictated more by your unconditional passion for the trio than by the actual value of the album. An album that, by the way, I don’t think I will ever listen to...
