I am forced to quote Hetzer: pop, from the English popular, meaning music for everyone or not just for connoisseurs. He was the king of pop, but he was also the embodiment of everything I have always hated about the '80s: superficiality and flamboyance. Consequently, I refrain from voting for the record (it would be a biased vote). The review isn't bad, but I can't digest the track by track, it's just a matter of taste.
