I believe you. You're not a fake, you just happened to stumble upon Deb by chance and you don’t know that here pop music and the like is greatly hated... Anyway, it’s well written, good job. I wouldn’t vote for Justin out of pity. Anyway, welcome :)

It's right that it should be in literary cases. Such pearls do not deserve to be mixed with the crap that crosses the homepage. Another gem in this section. Great.

I don't feel like listening to Gazosa, but you have to give them credit.. last week I went to a concert of my friend's band and I was impressed by the guitarist's technique.. at 15 years old he composes and plays super fast solos, all in tapping...

@grant if nothing else I'm lucky in that Radiohead never particularly grabbed me, so I definitely won't spend 40 pounds on the mega lustful box set! There are few bands for which I would invest such an amount ;) .. if you say it's a good album, I’ll try to give it a listen when it hits the stores, and for my burner ;) ... I may be a young romantic, but I don't feel an album is mine unless I have a physical medium that contains it, ergo I don't like only owning the audio files :) .. anyway it's true @ondarock, indie labels always have something admirable about them... and it’s undeniable that Tom Yorke and the gang are going to become a bit richer..

oh right, the editor didn't want to get their hands dirty with this review, did they? otherwise, why the kilometers of emptiness between the paragraphs? to rest their eyes before more of the same nonsense?

what a load of crap: 1-every time someone quotes rankings, they’re just embarrassing themselves, simply because those rankings are utter bullshit. haven’t you figured it out yet? 2-defining a chaotic song in a metal album doesn’t seem like a very accurate description to me. there are calmer moments, but seriously, is "chop suey" calm in the non-choral parts? "toxicity"? come on… 3-shitty syntax, a ton of unjustified parentheses, etc. etc. 4-i had never heard that coca cola cans were "ethnic instruments" XD... terrible review, definitely an important and beautiful album, and superior to all the nu-metal crap, which it doesn’t belong to.

Yes.. this album feels a bit “heard before.” Certainly better, or at least more genuine and personal than the previous one, "siberie m'etait conteé" (I'm not sure how it's spelled).. anyway, it doesn’t seem to me like a deliberate challenge to the major labels by giving away the single on the internet; Springsteen did it with "Radio Nowhere" and others, I presume.. it’s a commercial strategy like any other. More courageous, although I don’t like them much, is the pay-what-you-want model on the Radiohead’s new album site.

It's new metal, alternative. Not nu-metal.. great album anyway.

bah I can't stand them. Pseudo metal for teenage girls (or German teenage boys;D). Vallo has a face like an arrogant idiot (even if it doesn't matter for the quality of their music, he gets on my nerves) and ultimately they seem ridiculous and pathetic. Including the gothic look, the tragic lyrics, eros-thanatos, and various archetypes. So for a bit of healthy encouragement for suicide, I prefer Sentenced, just for the sake of it. However, the review is still excellent.
