Pink Floyd Obscured By Clouds

Not bad, but like many, or rather all, movie soundtracks, it suffers from the presence of filler.

texts that are at times embarrassing, also due to the singing. if it had been in English, it would surely have had a different effect... the guitarist was definitely talented (musically), but his style was too deliberately similar to that of Hendrix.

unfounded accusations of satanism? well, there are grounds for it, you know… and not only in N.I.B.
Queen Live At The Rainbow

I have it. Very beautiful, with a significant sound power.
The Jimi Hendrix Experience Electric Ladyland

my favorite by Hendrix, even more than Are You Experienced? (which in the original version was released without Hey Joe, Stone Free, Purple Haze, and The Wind Cries Mary, along with the lesser-known 51st Anniversary and Highway Chile). here his style truly shines. recorded in a somewhat rough manner but a great album.

3.5 for the album. The band seems to have lost the evocative power they had in their previous works, but it remains a good album, enjoyable.

the best drummer I’ve ever heard is Stevie Wonder. Just kidding, anyway check him out on YouTube, it was a pleasant surprise.
Queen A Day At The Races
Voto:
great album. I think Queen has always been capable of creating excellent music in every genre they've tackled, from the hard rock of their early albums to the refined pop found in any of their records... sure, they've made some blunders too (see Hot Space), but they were definitely an eclectic band.

Sure, but there are plenty of skilled drummers in the world (like Chamberlin). How many have managed to change the style of the instrument? When you hear him play, you don't say "hey, this is Jimmy Chamberlin," which happens right away with other drummers.

I listened to him, but I didn't like it much. One of the best drummers ever, Jimmy 'does he know his stuff'?!?! (with all due respect for 'knowing his stuff', when someone reaches that level they definitely know how to play, but come on...) meh...
