Jethro Tull Benefit
Voto:
damn it, I really like them. Unfortunately, I have that version of Pawn Hearts, and I'm really sorry about it because that album should have THREE tracks. I don't appreciate bonus tracks; they really annoy me, especially because they distort the structure of the work, which I just can't stand when it comes to concept albums. I would much prefer an album that includes all the tracks not included in the albums (I'm thinking of Physical Graffiti, Relics by Floyd,...).

if anything, it is the octopus of the Giants that has been influenced by Benefit (benefit 1970, octopus 1972). for me, one of the best by the Tull, the music has a unique atmosphere, different from their other records and also from those of other bands. I’m glad I don’t have the version with the bonus tracks, which I hate (as bonus tracks, not the individual songs themselves).

I agree when you say that Kaukkonen is a great musician. Good review. I consider this album inferior to Volunteers and Surrealistic Pillow, in my opinion their best.

How come you can't find this poop (meaning crap) of a review anywhere? :-)
Dario Argento Phenomena

3.5 the film, which I still watched happily a second time at my cousin's house. the ending is the weak point of the film in my opinion. almost improvised

"John Cale, a gifted musician." But in what sense???
Pink Floyd The Piper At Gates Of Down

I don't even think about it. Long live the duplicates, which bring back memories of albums that MUST be remembered. Maybe two reviews of the same album on the homepage are too many (as in this case), but everyone has the right to express their own vision of the works without having to check if someone else has already written about the same record/film. If you're not interested, you don't read.
