I will take a closer look at "Irma la dolce," but I'm sure it won't please me as much as this does. I can agree on Novak, but explain why you write: Cynical yes, but forced; bad yes, but maybe a bit too schematic. In my opinion, it flows smoothly from beginning to end, and I don't see any forcing, nor do I find it schematic.

Thank you for clarifying my doubt. "Irma la dolce" is one of the few Wilder films I haven't watched closely because it couldn't captivate me. But perhaps I'm the one who's wrong.

My doubt is in which comedy is it permissible to kill?

Yes, I think it's called Zelda.

Even though I have the two most famous albums by Radiohead, I have never really gotten into their music. (Maybe I should listen to them more often) Good review.

Finally, the review I've been waiting for has arrived!! (By the way, it’s well written too) This is truly the kind of comedy that should be seen more often in theaters. A real masterpiece, both cruel and funny at the same time. With a dreamlike Dean Martin, and a Novak who is nothing short of a bombshell. For me, it’s Wilder's best comedy. (Along with Some Like It Hot) But this great director has also given us impressive works in other genres. PS. The film is based on a play by Anna Bonacci.

I fully agree with MisterGigi 100%. I also wish you all the best for the new year.

I haven't seen the film, but I take this opportunity to wish you well for 2008.

The review is impeccable, but I don't think I'll try to get the record.
