I also like the cover. So I give the album 4.5.

The album is very nice, the change in style is also good, the important thing is that it's explained what music is on the CD.

The analysis seems right to me, but the film didn't move me or make me reflect. It would have been fun if the protagonists had been played by John Wayne and Robert Mitchum.
Willy DeVille Hey Joe

Neville Brothers "Bird on a Wire" "Smoke!" Commander Cody, but the most beautiful is this: the version by a German boy of a very famous Italian song.

For me, "All Along The Watchtower" by Hendrix, "Dream A Little Dream" sung by Laura Fygi, "Flesh Failures (Let the Sunshine In)" sung by Julie Driscoll, "Route 66" sung by Chuck Berry, some tracks by Janis Joplin. These are the first ones that came to mind.

DeVille himself said that it is the one closest to the original spirit; to me, it doesn't seem like plagiarism. It seems to me an excellent version of this classic. Very good review.

I just read comment 6, and I must say that considering Willie a hack means you don’t understand a damn thing (to keep it within tolerable terms). Since you’ve specialized in comic book reviews, what are you waiting for to share your thoughts on Robert Crumb and Moebius... let alone Magnus, whom you admire so much.

I also think it's better to start with one of the early ones, or Backstreet of Desire, not to forget the live from '94.
Stephen Daldry The Hours

Nice, even if a bit heavy.

A couple of words about the plot you could have told her, it wasn't impossible. You say the movie is good but don’t explain why; it might be difficult, but every film can be explained. What does someone who hasn't seen it understand from this review? I rate the film 4.5.
