I had started watching it, but then, after 20 minutes, for some reason I had to stop watching. I didn't feel like picking it up again, but maybe it's good. I've seen "A Scanner Darkly," which I think is good, one of the best adaptations of Philip K. Dick's stories. The only one alongside Blade Runner; the others didn't seem that great to me, and I've seen almost all of them.

Extremely tedious journey into evil, exasperated and exasperating search for framing, for style.

I can't get excited about a film that relies solely on stylistic research as its hallmark, the only key to interpretation. The characters are also boring and disgusting; Sorrentino wanted them to be disgusting but not boring, no. Quite repugnant is the nun with a whiff of sanctity… and we’re almost at the end, thankfully. Critique of the clergy and a certain hedonistic lifestyle? Maybe, but Fellini had already done it, and he did it better. A film good for winning awards, but certainly not for spending a couple of peaceful hours with the family.

I enjoyed it, beautiful dialogues and the story is also interesting. It has the flaw of all TV series, it holds up well only for a few episodes. The character best crafted is Molly, while in the long run, I found the super-villain played by Thornton to be excessive.

A Period Of Transition is not great; when it came out, it was the era of disco music, and at first listen, it seemed to me that he had adapted to it too. However, after a few spins on the turntable, I liked it; it's not his best work, but it's more than decent. Wavelength is truly beautiful.

As soon as I read the genre: Industrial, Grindcore, Death metal, I get goosebumps :) :) But I read it gladly even though I don't think it's for me.

I don’t know anything about them, and I don’t want to know either, but I remember this song well and fondly.

I haven't seen this one, and judging by the plot, I'm not interested. I don't doubt that it's visually beautiful... that's Mann's specialty. I liked the others you mentioned, and I find the review largely agreeable.

very fitting the relationship between the two detectives with a Matthew McConaughey on the brink of believability but charming. The story is worth little, much better Fargo. These series show their flaws after 5 or 6 episodes; Breaking Bad had about sixty, if they had reduced it to about fifteen, the characters would have been more focused and the story would have been better as well. Apparently, they keep them going for economic reasons... the usual god money. The review is as good as the others.

Even Adaptation had a great premise, but it was poorly executed. This is much better, but here too Jonze loses his way at the end. Excellent review.
