cptgaio noir is like this, you either love it or hate it, there’s no middle ground. As I wrote in the review, these are films for which it's superfluous to lay out the plot, because they are extraordinarily rich in characters, as well as being inextricable in the evolution of events. I didn’t understand anything the first time I saw it either, I liked it visually and in the characterization of the characters, but the plot has its own logic.

Serena has a big butt and two breasts and also nice thighs, but I don't like the other one.

Watch it all because I think it's beautiful, Jarman made it with little money. I don't know if it fits your tastes.

Of course, it's a joke, but it would fit him very well with the muscles he has. But then, where do we place Mitchum? He's at the top of the list. Check out the review of *L'uccello dalle piume di cristallo* that I replied to your comment.

Bjork, I just want to know if the reply to your message reached you. If you want to respond, you should do it today because tomorrow morning I'm leaving for Turin and I'll be away for a week. Bye.

I mentioned “Delitto in pieno sole” to avoid bringing up the usual Hitchcock. While I'm at it, I'll name a few thrillers I've loved a lot... “Ascensore per il patibolo,” “A sangue freddo,” “La sinora di Shangai,” “L’infernale Quinland,” “La vedova nera,” “Misery,” “Brivido caldo,” “Il postino suona sempre due volte,” and many others that I can’t recall at the moment. It’s not relevant, but I’d love to know if you’ve seen “Wittgenstein,” and what you think of it.

happypippo, I can't say anything about Bava, as I have never seen any of his films. I do not doubt what you affirm, but I was referring to the giallo italiano in its entirety. Even Argento is watchable in his early films, although in my opinion, he doesn't reach a passing grade. But when he started making gruesome films just to seek shock, that's when I said no. The type of giallo I enjoy is the one that keeps you glued to the couch through other means. To be clear, I'll give just one example: Delitto in pieno sole by Clement. What do you think about Italian television giallo?

I was just about to write it, as soon as I enlarged the photo, I realized it was him. Let's go with Garfielg. Mitchum as Crowe, Lee Marvin as Guy Pearce, and Garfiel of course... I wouldn't mind seeing Serena Williams as Crowe either.
