Bartleboom, I didn’t find Carù to be overwhelmingly charming either, but there’s no doubt that his musical culture is vast. I remember when he collaborated with Mucchio (selvaggio) and, when he distanced himself due to disagreements with Director Max Stefani. That’s how he founded "L'ultimo Buscadero," while "Rockerilla" (I believe) was created by some critics who wrote for "Mucchio" because they were more oriented towards New Wave and Punk, among them Claudio Sorge. I could be mistaken; this is just my assumption. Odradek, by Martha and The Muffins, I have the CD "Metro Music" and Echo Beach is truly a great song.

Fallen, I agree with you. alessioIRIDE, you seem to be a presumptuous person who always believes they are right, without considering the opinions of others. Your theses are steeped in ideology, and you accept them without the slightest sense of criticism. Whether inspired by Lenin's doctrine or anyone else's, communism, while theoretically a noble cause, is in reality an utopia. This is because it must be implemented by men, which inevitably creates hierarchies, and thus, as history has taught us, they inevitably become dictatorships. Stalin, Castro, Kim Jong are the most evident examples. PS. Hitler waged war on Russia, Operation Barbarossa, just to keep the soldiers and civilians in good spirits... what the hell are you talking about? If you respond, please don't write a long-winded essay where you throw everything in, just like you do when you talk about Punk.

As for the Polyrock, I tried to get my hands on them because I was drawn to minimalist music, but I couldn't find it.

Hi Bartleboom, I also went to Carù when I lived near Milan. Moondance recommended it to me, (which I already knew) and the live album by Los Lobos, both great records, also the Q-Tips, where the singer was Paul Young, I just remember there were some covers. @popoloitaliano, for Claudio from Rockerilla, do you mean Claudio Sorge?

Thank you, I’m downloading Guerra, Instambul, Ballata, Univers, etc.

matteowolf, I listened to them again and they’re not so bad after all, especially A Denti Stretti, Regina di cuori, Fata morgana. But didn’t you say you would tell me later?

Even though I only know Lamette, Cobra, etc. from the Rector, the first review deserves some encouragement.

matteowolf, A Denti Stretti, Regina di cuori, Tex, Toro Loc, and others whose titles I don't remember. The songs barely reach a passing grade, but more than anything, I don't like Pelù's singing style; to me, it's too shouted.

Great band. Even though Daltrey and Keith Moon knew their craft very well, the soul of the group was Townshend. Of the reviewed album, I probably only heard a few songs on the radio.

I haven't seen them live, but I've listened to some of their songs, all of which fell short of expectations.
