I haven't seen him, but I've always heard bad things about him; you are the last on the list.

Adriano Bernard, but is there a King book that hasn't been turned into a movie? By his own admission, he has sometimes derived his works from other pieces. Misery must not die, it strongly resembles What Ever Happened to Baby Jane, and even The Green Mile is inspired by Of Mice and Men. My favorite is The Shining, which the writer didn't appreciate. To the short list of Thriller-Horror, I add The Omen, just like Rosemary's Baby, it also focuses on the coming of the Antichrist, and Christine, the infernal machine.
Sergio Corbucci Django (1966)

Poletti, do you think it's Tarantino's fault that everyone knows Django and Sartana? I've known them since I was a kid, just like Ursus or Maciste. I haven't seen "Il fiume rosso" or "Là dove scende il fiume", but I don't think it's the fault of the director from Knoxville. PS. I checked and they seem to be very good films.

Odradek, to tell the truth I don't have this record, but I've read the review, and I know all the songs. (Almost)

Spleen, it’s depressing that the review of such an important film is visited so little.
Billy Wilder Viale del Tramonto
Voto:
For me, The Apartment and Kiss Me, Stupid are Wilder's best. But I also like the others; he is my favorite director.
Coen Brothers Il Grande Lebowski

Already reviewed, I repeat my comment. I must say I've seen almost all the films by the Coen brothers, and my favorite is *The Man Who Wasn't There*; this is the classic film where it is not necessary to understand the plot because it is other themes that make it interesting.
Billy Wilder Viale del Tramonto
Voto:
A painful and also cruel work by Wilder, one of the most important films by the director.

I didn't like any of Craven's films, practically. I can't even remember the titles of the ones I've seen, and I couldn't manage to watch one all the way through because they bored me. As for the Thriller-Horror films that I liked more, I think of Psycho, The Shining, What Ever Happened to Baby Jane? and Misery, although I believe the latter doesn't do justice to King's great book.
