I believe that, given his age, he now focuses solely on his dictionary and his column on Telesette (assuming it still exists); the one he had in "Il Giorno" (I believe) he hasn't managed for several years now. Even though he is paid by a publisher, I assure you that the only restriction he is possibly constrained by is his political passion, but otherwise, he writes exactly what he genuinely thinks about a film because he is intellectually honest. Moreover, he faced no pressures because he contributed to newspapers that were not politically aligned.
