I wouldn't call it a harmless product. Rather, I would say it's a product that beats 90% of the Italian releases in the same genre and beyond :) Also because talking about originality these days is an utopia by now.
Manowar Gods Of War

The biggest mistake of the review is having put Dream Theater and Manowar in the same sentence.

...but let's be honest...it's the bassist who is the core of it all :P

I stopped to read the review: "I must admit it's really a great album." But then I thought, "Come on, maybe it’s a nice review, let’s keep reading." Then in the end, you write, "For all lovers of modern metal," and I wonder two things: if this is "a great album," then what is "Break In Life" by our own Addiction Crew, staying within the same genre (I mention them to show that there's good music in Italy too)?? Is it God himself?? Then, "for all lovers of modern metal," if this is modern metal, what are Mnemic and Divine Heresy?? Ultra-super-hyper futuristic metal?? But in this album, "Faint" was nice :)

You see punkISdead, I mean you’ve summarized in 4 lines, 3 of which talk about grunge, one of the most beautiful albums by Korn and in general of nu-metal, but congratulations, it wasn't easy XD

Sorry for the inaccuracy, the sentence was supposed to be "..see them and NOT snub them like that.."

The "little groups" you really should have seen and snubbed like that, some were truly interesting (see Burning Seas) ;)

X Gnoato: That’s right, but the way I see it, they should have included more tracks like those of Kano. They favored pop and similar genres a bit too much :) Anyway, the '80s will always be legendary!! ;)

The review is well done but... these aren't the '80s; I mean, they're the '80s for the masses, for those who are satisfied with what’s on TV, the real '80s are Italo Disco, Detroit Techno, the first true House, electro-clash, Acid experiments, and so on.
Of course, it all depends on the point of view from which things are seen; even in the compilation you described, there are tracks that made history, but they are just a small part ;)
