Hi, the "Iron style" is there and it's been a novelty (though not a revolution...), but what matters most to me is that anything, when repeated endlessly, starts to feel stale... regarding my quotes of Sabbath and Judas, I meant something like "who was at that level before Iron?" so I quoted two legends of the genre; in terms of innovation, the Sabbath, and experimentation, the Judas (who have also done some unspeakable things, but at least tried not to remain stagnant...) have truly (this is still subjective...) paved the way for the genre... and then my "enough Iron" was a jab at the ton of their reviews that crowd the site. Cheers.

So here we are, and all the people who allowed this piece of crap to have an average of 4.18 are clearly unaware that this is OBJECTIVELY, in terms of musical proposal, THE band that wallows more than any other in utter mediocrity... The best part is the overly obvious references to the Beatles, and for the rest this stuff is nothing but MERCHANDISE packaged solely for the purpose of selling and creating a following of superficial listeners...

I don't see what my criticisms have to do with MTV. I've only expressed what I think of a mediocre band based on small things, like the iconography with the horrible Eddie doll, the covers showcasing childish artwork, but above all the musical vision, which is now more tired and stagnant than ever... this is still an opinion, one that I didn't take directly from some derogatory music article, but that reflects what I think about this group... goodbye.

The problem is that I've listened to Iron Maiden quite a bit, but one can't help but realize that only a die-hard and obsessive fan could continue to praise what they've done after the first three albums... before 1980, there were Black Sabbath and Judas Priest, anyway...
