Reading the first comments, I almost miss Poletti. And honestly, I think the two Batmans are kind of underwhelming.

Korn are an overrated band (basically, they only got it right with the first two) people who never had any idea of what they were doing, as demonstrated by the series of horrendously heterogeneous albums starting from Issues. But it must be said that I consumed this time ago, all things considered, it wasn’t that trivial. A review full of assorted nonsense and terminology thrown in somewhat haphazardly (the album "optimal"?)

@repartoamena: first of all about the cccp: exactly! if their audience were to help us gauge their artistic stature, we could only speak poorly of them. about the theater: I can completely agree, given that in their last and only concert that I attended, they could only draw from the first album and the EP with the zu. (who were present) then I haven't seen them. my point was simply to distinguish the change in the audience from the change in the group itself, and the fact that they don't necessarily have to coincide. although I understand that when a beloved band becomes mainstream, many (myself included) experience it as a form of dispossession. but too many fundamentalists here on debaser :)

@repartoamena: I don’t know, I don’t listen to the radio. I was surprised to see the album sold out on the very day of its release, as I would have expected to pick up my copy without any hassle. The first opinions on the album, even here on Debaser, had recorded a certain (positive) continuity with the previous one, and yes, also a softening. But knowing that the album has sold well has shifted judgments quite a bit, without of course the latter having changed in the meantime. The softening was anticipated as a negative factor as the album garnered acclaim and attracted a fair bit of crappy audience. Marketing teaches that you can sell anything, that there will always be someone willing to buy it (often regardless of the content). There are certainly many musical reasons why the second is less brilliant than the first; I would talk about those. Otherwise, the CCCP are just a social center band and that’s that.

It may seem like a trivial observation, but one of the main reasons for their current success is precisely that debut disco bomb. Otherwise, the second wouldn't have sold out in a day; people don’t buy things sight unseen. The reasoning for many is the usual "if they’re liked now by the last of the idiots, I must have been wrong about them; in the end, it must have all been a setup." And then there’s the fact that you choose your audience up to a certain point; Pierpaolo seems like a decent person to me, someone who, after navigating through the ups and downs of certain things, now just doesn’t care.

so beautiful (especially the II part) that one can even forget all the hustle and all the most monumental records born in '69. for me, it remains the best of the bìtols

It must be said that this sounds a bit like a concluding "essay," the last sentence is beautiful. Having set aside verbal moderation, behind which some baseriano struggled to read (the five on the previous reviews), now the provocation is right there, quite obvious. This leads me to two spontaneous considerations: 1 this could be one of the last mischievous contributions from PDeLorenziane. 2 I don't believe there’s any writing on debaser that contains so much nonsense, so there is talent here: perhaps some people will miss these writings.

I bought it last summer, I started it and then immediately dropped it to devour all of Camus. I hope to be less "grounded" this summer, even though the review reminded me of the reasons why I wanted to read it :)

@s4doll: the point is also another one: developing costs a fortune, regardless of the original game concepts and the exclusives, which are becoming fewer and fewer. regardless of the times when buying one console over another meant picking a side :) 360 and PS3 have about 95% of the same game library, except for the exclusives where Sony seems to have the upper hand. and anyway, I also have a 360, which is ugly, noisy, and has a paid online service. (and it has Wi-Fi as an accessory, so wiring it would be a hassle, since my router is NOT close to the TV..) I practically got the PS3 for Wipeout, and I don't regret it.
