Francis Ford Coppola Apocalypse Now
Voto:
'THE' film. Any other word about it is superfluous, useless, worn out like the gaze upon the horror and human misery of Willard. Coppola is for me the greatest of his time (I feel sorry for Scorsese, and the Oscar for 'The Departed' smells like a hoax just like the golden ball for the inflated balloon Cannavaro—ah, if I think back to 'Taxi Driver', 'Raging Bull', 'Goodfellas' or 'Casino'…).

Gian Luigi Rondi to everyone, as if it were hailing..
Christopher Nolan Memento

Please let's leave aside the blasphemous comparisons with Lynch.. Good thriller,
less 'avant-garde' than it would like to be; then Nolan revealed his true self in the horrible 'Batman Begins' - for the series 'up-and-coming young directors'.

Dear Iggy, nostalgia is a nasty beast..

More banal and useless than this album could be the perfect phrase to define it after listening: 'No fun'.. :(

And even if the LC had been recommended by Jagger? Who the hell cares!! Much better than all that fucking metal; among the greatest of the crossover. They were kicking ass, that's for sure..

'Ugly' and 'disappointment' an album with 'Step into the light', 'My enemy',
'Night by candlelight' and 'Honky's ladder'?! Just a moment, let me call the exorcist.. :)
P.S.-Certain bizarre judgments leave to Ondarock, for them it's a habit to shoot nonsense (mediocre 'Black love', for me the best of Dulli after the masterpiece 'Gentlemen'!!).
