The only 'La casa' d.o.c. are the first two and the crazy 'Army of Darkness', the rest is just trash; indeed, often cacca-movie from Italian production, moolto culattoni and nepotism: in one of them, I think there was even the homobistecca with supercar, Mr. David Hasselhoff.
