I still think it’s right to explain my ratings to you.
1) Along with "Atom Heart Mother," it’s the absolute masterpiece of THE FATHERS OF MODERN ROCK!
2) As mentioned above, they are THE FATHERS OF MODERN ROCK, so they’ve never churned out crap. Never! (least of all The Dark Side Of The Moon!)
3) You talked about experiments. Have you ever heard the term "concept album"? Well, who do you think invented it? (perhaps not the term, but certainly the approach to it)
4) Barret has nothing to do with the laughter!
5) What don't you find convincing in Time and in Money?
I don’t want to get into the usual critic argument, like it’s-not-a-review-we-aren’t-interes ted-in-your-impressions, since I, too, mostly write impressions rather than reviews (like the last one I wrote, but which they still haven’t published). And please: it’s true that he didn’t have an original idea, writing another review on this concept, but WHO CARES? Those who don’t want to read it aren’t obligated to, right? Bye, I hope you understand what I mean =D

Great review, I liked it, I like it, I will like it! I don't know the CD, but just the fact that it’s by Manowar should make it pretty good. So I give my trust (for the songs I already know, like "King of Kings"), and I will try to get the album as soon as possible! Long live Manowar!
Pier Paolo Pasolini Salò o le 120 giornate di Sodoma

Nice review. I (speaking as a 17-year-old) honestly don’t appreciate Pasolini much as a director. Just this year in high school, I watched one of his films for the first time, it was The Gospel According to St. Matthew. It was shot in a really strange way, and then the usual Pasolinian choices of casting actors who can’t act make his films a bit peculiar. I won’t deny that I fell asleep in the auditorium. But at least I stayed until the end. I probably would have appreciated it more if they had introduced the context, Pasolini's story (which I already knew a bit about), etc. Also, since we are studying the Decameron in Italian class, our teacher showed us a clip from Pasolini's version (just a few minutes, because it’s a hassle, and that was already a deviation from the program due to the fact that it was the last day of vacation). The scene of the first tale from the first day, in which Ciappelletto confesses to the priest, is hilarious, especially how the director portrayed it. Regarding Salò, unfortunately I haven't had the opportunity to watch it, even though all the cinema lovers like me, starting from my father, have told me that it’s a film worth seeing at least once. No one says it’s beautiful, but I still can’t understand why it should be watched. What’s so special about it? In any case, I will watch it!

If someone has written on their forehead "I'm a fascist," I think I can call them an idiot just for bragging about it. If someone, in addition to displaying it in their image, has and demonstrates fascist thoughts, I believe it's right to spit in their eye (metaphorically speaking, of course). So, once again, I agree with you. It’s not the image (i.e., the party) of an individual that matters, but rather the thought, the ideas, the ideal.

Yes, yes. I had a feeling. Anyway, those who know me are well aware that it's very easy for me to fall into certain little traps =D

It was supposed to be my first metal concert. Unfortunately, I had transportation issues, and in the end, I didn't go. However, after reading the review, I swear I regret it! There will be another time. In the meantime, this summer the Guardians will perform in Pratteln, which is a bit more accessible for me. And of course Maiden, Slayer, etc. in Venice... perhaps a bit too far, but who knows...

No comment. I don't feel like making comments on Italian politics, being of Swiss origin and residing in Switzerland. Not that ours is any better, mind you. Bye
