You have the ability to keep me hooked from start to finish of a little page, and that's not something everyone can do, especially when talking about things I wouldn't give a damn about. For this, my sincerest compliments, especially since you remain one of the last "old" ones here that I enjoy following. For the past couple of months, I've also been dealing with NASPI; who knows, maybe October will bring something good. As for you, congratulations on the job.

The 3 must-haves are, in order, No Other, Fantastic Expedition, and White Light. A cornerstone. In my opinion, this is a half collection of leftovers.

Hello everyone, thanks for the comments. I'm glad to have been able to spark some listening in someone... I must say I was more pessimistic about the number of people who would stop by here :D we're already well beyond expectations!

I read it, and I can confirm your first comment. The production of Men & Women is indeed quite different from this one, drier and sharper. I'm not saying it's better or worse, just definitely different. Whether or not this is my favorite album of theirs is still an open question for me. Let's say that on the podium, this one and the first one are up there. Maybe Blue, but only for sentimental reasons, takes the third place. You've got it and Turn it up are the best tracks. For me, all Simply Red is a piece of childhood.

In the meantime, I want to congratulate you; you are one of my favorite reviewers, especially since we often frequent the same musical shores. When I have time, I'll read it. You did well to redo it; mine was from a few years ago and it definitely wasn't a review :)
