In my opinion, before criticizing the Beatles, one should listen to their music (ALL OF IT) first in comparison to the contemporary period of theirs, and then in comparison to ours. And anyway, I believe there's always a bit of attention-seeking behavior in those who trash talk the Beatles and similar artists. Because they are just too great compared to others.
