Beautifully written. Well, the Rolling Stones 66/72 are not to be discussed at all, and they've made some good albums even after that (Tattoo You, Love You Live is passable after all, Steel Wheels I like a lot, Voodoo Lounge is perhaps the last decent one). They are definitely not made for dance, nor for reggae for that matter.

Well dear facilecura, Brian Wilson has gone crazy over this rivalry that you say is nonexistent.

You're right, Charlie. Now that I think about it, it was George Martin who lowered the number, more practical and down-to-earth as always.

right; this was also written with one hand of the macca (let's say 80-20), and moreover the idea of the orchestra of xx elements (I don't remember how many there were. 36?) was his, if I'm not mistaken.

I absolutely agree with mrlunedì; John Lennon was too caught up in his "psychedelic dream," and passively dulled by LSD. Fortunately for them and for Sergeant Pepper, good Paul was at his creative peak.

Alright, I apologize. I only read the initial lines and not the rest, where you say pretty much everything. Sorry again.
