At first, I found the theater full ("how nice," I thought, "I'm not the only one avoiding 3D!"). Of course, I didn't expect much, but at times it was something utterly bizarre! You could hear snoring all around the room! And there must be a reason for that, considering I struggled to keep my eyes open, which is not like me; maybe I needed those strange lenses from my idol Johnny, who never blinked throughout the entire film °_° IN CONCLUSION: some adventures are made for kids; I will always remember watching the cartoon of the first part, while some junk could be avoided, MAYBE BY ENCOURAGING THE READING OF THE BOOKS THAT TELL THIS FAIRY TALE! (PS attention attention, the release of "The Hobbit" is just around the corner!)

Great review. As for the film: the pacing is slow in the direction, the images flow slowly, and perhaps it's true that you inevitably end up sensing an air of exaggeration. Additionally, the nods to themes already (more or less) explored in other films are obvious. However, the result is not entirely unworthy, especially thanks to Bale's excellent performance, which earns it an extra point ;-)

Regarding the "dangerous Bolshevik and pro-communist television network," I hope you're joking and in fact, you made that entry linkable to somehow increase its visibility, given the pathetic level of the other channels existing in our PATHETIC "NATION."

I see the review as a simple personal vent, so I'm not giving it a rating. I watched the "movie" almost to the end but it was truly pathetic. Just my simple opinion on Maradona: a true CHAMPION would never have scored with his hand in the World Cup semifinals! If he really had that reflex, THE CHAMPION PAR EXCELLENCE would have apologized to the opponent, the audience, and the referee, taking the rightful card: he would have set THE TRUE EXAMPLE FOR THE YOUNGER ONES! I'm calm because there will be better players to present to the youth (maybe Messi?). P.S. Henry proved to be doubly a jerk by confessing later off the pitch: he’ll have even more to be ashamed of (FIFA, which usually loves being mocked by being called "FufFA," seems to want to cancel the whole World Cup, let’s hope).

Well... sometimes I wonder: "why, why, but why does a film that could have such good raw material to work with (beyond the two very respectable lead actors) end up being a blatant mishmash of scenes!?" Bale’s character, however, outshines Crowe, who seems to be dozing off and putting everyone else to sleep throughout the film (except for maybe 2-3 scenes).

F A N T A S T I C review! I listened to the album many times, but as you say, to fully understand it, all the treasures must be opened well; I am still a beginner for now, so I won't vote (but I do remember some tracks very well!)
