@Panapp: It may be, honestly I don't understand the "origins" of series; I just know that One Piece was released somewhat "experimentally" and I believe it had a period of pause to perhaps allow for a little reflection and rewriting of the continuation. For me, it's enough to evaluate the final result and honestly, I find the saga of my favorites to be excellent just as it is :-)

What aRTISTS we have in our "beautiful country"... AND EVERY TIME I PUT MY HANDS IN MY HAIR THINKING ABOUT THE STADIUMS FULL OF HIGH PEOPLE FOR THEM °__° (yes Vasco, I'm talking about you too!)
