So: Point One: until a week ago, there was a terrible signal at my place and I never watched MTV; then I got Sky and I limit myself, sometimes, to channel 718, that is "ROCK TV." Point Two: You're so impudent as to speak ill of Led Zeppelin, who are truly one of the best rock bands to ever exist, and let's face it, the class of Iron Maiden beats all other metal/bands out there, famous or not, including Metallica. When it comes to music groups, the term "trivial" does not exist because what matters is that it's good music, famous or not. It’s fine for those who are fixated on famous names (like me) and also for those who are more attached to the underground or less popular names; what’s important is that it’s good MUSIC, and the Maiden are!

Anyway, Slipknot are engaging, but I prefer to ruin my throat singing songs like "Run To The Hills" or "The Number Of The Beast" or "Hallowed Be Thy Name" under the stage, you know? No one does it like the Maiden on stage!

What you say is absolutely correct, but the technical aspects and the sound quality also have their value. After all, the songs of the 'Knot are beautiful, and that's why they should pay more attention to their live appearance. There’s no doubt that they are engaging!

And then, I don't want to be monotonous or a pain in the ass, but who plays live better in the world, in the past it was Led Zeppelin and now it's Maiden!

Happy New Year to you too Mick7! Let's hope for an even better 2007/metal than 2006!

Have you ever seen Slipknot live? Powerful for sure, but total chaos times a thousand! They were named the best live band purely for the power and conviction they deliver on stage, not for the sound quality, which isn't the best! Much better on record, and that's also thanks to skilled producers like Rick Rubin and Ross Robinson.

Grind? The first album by Slipknot is Death Metal + Post Thrash + Hip Hop + Rap Metal! But in the end, the review is good!

They give me a fixed 1, and then those who put on a ridiculous parody on a great album get a 5? Come on, are we stupid? And then Korn and In Flames have nothing to do with it! It's a solid album!
