I am quite disappointed by this review, which is little more than a blurb from a gossip column, if you will. Moreover, it reveals the final plot twist. The actor you remember as "the lawyer and Leonardo" deserves at least to be mentioned, as he has a respectable career, and his name is Paolo Bonacelli. For a film like this, several issues should be stirred, at the very least the attempt of the two to stop the massacre of the Indians and the deportations of slaves by blocking the departing Christopher Columbus. A memorable gag is the wise recycling of bits from famous Italian songs, which he claims as his own to improvise as a poet in a courtship that has surreal appearances. I’ll stop here.
