A review that is at times delirious and rambling in the central part. Are we talking about the festival or the CD that collects the songs? I agree that the sanremo product (in lowercase) has no inherent quality. It’s scattered, elongated, and the baudismo makes it at times tragic. As for the songs, there are some undoubtedly positive notes. I totally disagree with you about Gazzè. I felt murderous rage when I heard Meneguzzi, the same with the Finley. l'aura, oh my god. An entire album of that nonsense here, and my balls turn into hot air balloons. Respect for "older" authors like Cotugno (decent), Venuti, Bertè. Cammariere should have gone to Umbria Jazz, he chose the wrong stage, probably pushed by his friend Baudo. Tricarico has his reasons, but alas, I doubt anything will remain from his piece. Tatangelo sings quite well, but the lyrics make me gag when he stumbles on "we are children of the same god... you too are like us." Mietta and Minghi are pretty painful. Dramatic FrankieMc. terrifying, out of place, contradictory. And yet in the end, I can’t bring myself to say it was all to be thrown away. P.S. I've never missed a Sanremo in over 20 years.
