Stunning review. The guy really knows his stuff, even though in the past (probably just once) I found him dull. But it must have been the classic exception. Because the rule is that in his reviews, Mr. mementomori dives right in and analyzes them clearly, not missing a single nuance. Really impressive. This particular work left me in shock for quite a while. But over time, I came to appreciate it just as much as the reviewer did, giving it 4 stars. A change that's too radical and substantial, moreover too sudden to reach the highest appreciation. Still, an excellent job, because Ulver are class musicians.

But MaZo, unfortunately I don't have time to write right now and I'm sorry. As I repeat, I'm sorry for giving you that grade. But look, there was plenty to say instead. You could have outlined a career, delineated it through the choice of songs, talked about the turning point, the "periods" of the band and its maturation while still remaining in that pleasantly kitschy immaturity. The sound... well, there was so much to say!

Another terrible review in the "HR" field that says nothing at all. Here too, there are no topics when you could have tackled many. But basically, you start off with a brawl from the very first sentence you've included, I bet my balls, with a provocative tone, knowing you're going to attract others' controversies and create a nice long page. When you talk about Bruzum or others, calling them clowns and so on, fine, feel free to do so. But know that Stryper are exactly the same thing, just on the opposite musical front. Just clowns dressed as bees making money for scientology. Bleah!
