Carcass Necroticism: Descanting The Insalubrious
Voto:
Wow, great job on the review. For me, it's truly worth noting. What can I say, I've been listening to just about everything lately, but this album never misses. Last night I needed to find an idea for work. After a lot of jazz, I ended up putting on Carcass and I managed to get it done in no time, maybe because I wanted to relisten to the whole thing. I find it a fantastic album. I bought the original years and years ago. Thank goodness!

"They still don't reach the levels of Tool and APC"... it will be very difficult.

I say this as an advertiser. It could have been titled "Self-Portraits."

Well done, algol. With all due respect to those who play rugby and enjoy this sport, which, to be honest, doesn’t interest me at all.

The discourse that cannot be understood should also be well calibrated with making yourself understood, though. In every review, it becomes obsessive.

Oh my god, when it comes to talking about these groups I hesitate. The line between saying very sensible things and saying utter nonsense is really imperceptible.

I wasn't thrilled by this band's work, but it's still a great offering, as usual.
Katatonia Night Is The New Day

@ hell/electric one: I believe that what many define as the "tedium" of Katatonia is this cold and frigid stylistic search that makes them almost distant, incredibly complex. I don’t know what adjective to use to express how much they are, even for me, situated there, close to everyone but impenetrable as if they were a foreign body. For me, it's a merit to perfect this art over the years. Creating things that are there, that you can - how should I say this - consult without ever feeling fully yours is an art. And it’s not an artistic gimmick; it’s an art - I emphasize - supported by the exquisite technique of the craft. They are truly controversial, rigid, and tough. That’s why I like them, even if that means they will never be my favorite band. At best, they might be for some misanthrope of the breed.
