Also "The Phantom of the Opera." I'm not sleepy is already more neutral.

Anyway, my hope of seeing a decent third part of the trilogy is dead. "Il Cartaio" killed it for me. Let's hope for the best, but by now...

Well, a 3 for Amarcord just doesn't sit right with me.

Come on, no bullshit, Fellini is something unique in Italy, let's try to preserve him. @Vellutogrigio "Fellini was a great storyteller," but what the hell are you saying? Fellini was a director as far as I'm concerned. I really don't understand this pseudo-cultured language, this intellectual crap. I only have a fifth-grade accounting degree, I don't understand the meaning of certain phrases (I'm still sure they don't mean anything). "Fellini was a great storyteller, Kubrick an excellent technician and photographer dedicated to cinema; Fellini had a subjective view of life" just think about it for a moment. Vellutogrigio, today between Amarcord and Inferno you really made me lose my patience; think for yourself; very often before watching a film, people check the reviews and critiques online: that's absolutely wrong, it heavily influences you. The film must be watched first and foremost. If you happen to see a comment from Scaruffi, may God save you...

Perhaps I prefer it even to Deep Red. Terrible review, you say nothing about the film and what's more, what you say isn't true: "It's no coincidence that Inferno was a flop at the box office," "Inferno ('79), which I'm reviewing here," was a huge success and it's from 1980. Anyway, the stifling and intriguing atmosphere of these films is no longer found in modern cinema. The pastel hues of Dario Argento are scary, not the washed-out photography of today's films: otherwise, one ends up preferring nonsense like Gotika to these masterpieces. Yes, okay, the actors aren't the best, but the film, my friends, is top-notch, especially with the music of Keith Emerson... a delight.
Dolores O'Riordan Are You Listening?

Voice of stomach ache. And on TV, I heard some obscene comparisons to Grace Slick... Sacrilege

I don't know, Leone's voice embarrasses me.
Federico Fellini Amarcord

The film is not even worth commenting on. The review is written by someone who wants to provoke debate, in short, someone who plays the role of Bastian Cuntrari. It's likely that Fellini is one of the greatest examples of world cinema, on par with Kubrick (and for me perhaps even a bit more). Dismissing him like this in a shit review like this serves no purpose. The review doesn’t say anything, it seems to recount the plot of a Steven Seagal movie. Amarcord is something else entirely, a film that only Fellini could have made, so lush and crowded; it seems, in fact, to be a Kolossal. There are directors who have built a career on a facet of Amarcord.

There is no comparison to Wolfmother.
