Mmmm, you caught my interest. I really like the cover.

The beautiful and lovely Doris Norton (keyboardist and wife of Bartoncetti), I don’t know for what strange contract or whatever, but she ‘borrowed’ the FAIRLIGHT for 6 months, and they created a masterpiece with it: they sampled the drum sounds (which is a bit sad, but whatever...), and it was used for just about everything. Peter Gabriel, if I’m not mistaken, was using it as early as 1978, but I wouldn’t want to say something foolish. Anyway, I’m slowly listening to Faust'o, and I have to say they had some ideas, but I don’t know, too much drum machine.

It’s not true that the Fairlight made its first appearance on an Italian record in the album Faust'o from 1983. It was first used in 1980 in the masterpiece Praeternatural by Antonius Rex, an album that was way ahead of its time, indeed timeless, with sounds that will always be relevant. ISIDE "...1983, the album Faust'o (with the first fairlight ever featured on a record produced in Italy)...", Wrong, the Antonius Rex used it in 1980 to create that masterpiece called Praeternatural, an album with sounds at least 20 years ahead, but overall, timeless. It's a shame that nobody ever talks about them.

This film can be (with the due proportions) compared to Kubrick's Shining: both deviate quite a bit from the original story (whether it's a book or the truth), while both being very good (Shining is a little more than very good). Well, I’ve said my daily nonsense.
