Found among the CDs of Richi Martin and Pupo in a supermarket, it is one of the highest achievements of progressive rock in general.

Anyway, the Queen of that era were not those that history remembers (Radio Gaga and other similar fluff), but the brilliant and refined ones of White Queen and Bohemian Rhapsody. In autumn, I always shift towards hard rock sounds (of course, from the '70s) and then move on to progressive in winter and throughout the rest of the year. When winter comes, I recommend I Locanda delle Fate with the album Forse le Lucciole non si amano più, a masterpiece that inexplicably gets forgotten by most, but perhaps you already know it.

No, I don't know him, but it's a bit like saying "do you know Paolo from Milan?". But what do you listen to outside of progressive? Right now, I'm in a Queen phase of the early days (the 80s stuff doesn't really do it for me): I love the way Roger Taylor's drums sound.
Jacula In Cauda Semper Stat Venenum

A debut, in a sense, with a bang for Antonio Bartoncetti: the unique atmospheres of this album truly make you dream and ponder. The masterpiece of the album, the title track, transports us into a meditative atmosphere that, over time, can have beneficial effects on the psyche.

Great album, it's not on par with the later ones but it's an enviable launching pad.

I am 19 years old. The Mental Blocks, those from Poa, are an honest progressive band, perhaps not very original but absolutely better than any modern pop rubbish. Here’s a piece of advice: don’t approach Jacula as a typical progressive band, because they aren’t: their music is created with very few instruments (liturgical organ, electric guitar, and drum) where instead of sung parts we find highly evocative spoken verses. The best way to listen to them is to shove your headphones in and take a walk in the woods above your home (I can do this because I’m from Valtellina). So be careful, they are not a progressive band like the usual ones from the '70s; they have these peculiarities that, when listened to with the wrong ear, could leave a bad impression.

The album in question flows through my veins like the first three: anyone who claims this album sucks has never listened to it and only says so to fit in with what trash critics (one example being San Piero from Scaruffi) have often denigrated it for, because like in every beautiful rock fairy tale, after the masterpiece album comes the "junk" album. This fucking evaluation method applies to a multitude of bands like Queen (A Day at the Races, Jazz), PFM (Per un amico), Yes (Tales from... but here the discussion is different) and many other formations that I can't recall right now.

Once again, Le Orme manage to stand out amidst the punk garbage that was rampant at that time. For the Pippocalippo: in my opinion, besides Sogmagica, Los Angeles is saved for its architecture and Immensa distesa for its simplicity, which stands out quite a bit against the prevailing idiocy in the album.

I wrote "pongo" instead of "porgo" (perhaps because I've always loved play-dough).
