Pere Ubu was invented by Scaruffi, and all that tired music like Television had little to do with the hard rock of Jazz. Bands like the ones you mentioned quickly fell into oblivion, while Queen never got rusty, not even in the '80s when they were terrible. The Pere Ubu album didn't change a single thing in the history of music. An album like Queen II (just to name one) inspired every metal band that followed. I'm sorry, but by '78 everything was already winding down, and Queen managed once again (the last time) to make music that kicks ass (though it's true Freddie was gay).

What a ridiculous argument. It’s like saying “I don’t eat meat because cotechino grosses me out.” And the pork chop? And the ribs? And the sausages? And the breasola? And the spicy salami? And the ground beef? And the ragù? And the Wurstel? And the cooked ham? And the raw ham? And the porchetta? And the wild boar stew? And the sweetbreads? And the sirloin? And the orange duck? And the braised meat? And the slow-cooked dish? And the roast? And the Simmental? And the Manzotin? And the Montana? And the lamb? And the goat? And the bull’s balls? And the chicken thigh? And the chicken breast? And the cutlet? And the osso buco? And the boiled meat? Where do you put them?

I agree on Dream Theater, but you can’t ignore the suites by Yes, Genesis, and Jethro Tull. Or maybe these are just low-quality material?

What the hell, you idiot. If you only know Charon, then why the hell give this a 2? Look at you, sometimes people are just so dumb...

You’re right, they suck but they create thirty-minute suites.

And the Dream Theater, and the Mars Volta? Come on, stop shooting more bullshit...

I agree. I expect some answers to my question.

I've never understood one thing: did Barrett go crazy or was he just pushed away because of drug problems? To put it another way, if I had met Barrett in 1979, would I have encountered a drug addict or a vegetable who could barely speak? I've heard so many things...

So you, Sanjuro, reviewed their crap because they paid you regularly? Disgusting, Worm, you only seek money, filthy pig. Then why is Echoes on Meddle, which lasts a myriad of minutes? Wasn't Gilmour supposed to play it only at his home? Perhaps he snuck it in, and their record label still doesn't know that Echoes is also on Meddle. Thank goodness Peter Gabriel managed to sneak Supper's Ready onto Foxtrot. Ian Anderson distributed his handmade copies of Thick as a Brick on the streets of London: it was only in 1990 that some unknown label reissued it on CD. Should I keep going?
