yosif, I hope that sooner or later you can discover Hatred Surge; by listening to it, you would understand many, many things.

A long time ago, I had thought of reviewing it myself (but, as usual, lack of time prevailed) and giving it a 3.5: there are a couple of tracks that could have easily been left out. Entrance at Rudebrook is probably the best track on this modest yet enjoyable album, much like their entire career.

not all Asian cinema (let's avoid the term "Oriental" if possible) is 'minimalist', you know! Just think of some lavish Chinese films. Nor is cinema just about aesthetics and technique, just as no form of art is. (my favorite by Tsukamoto is Gemini <3)

Does "Infectious" not move you even a little bit? Yet I find that in that song Cape gives his best, really beautiful. And you don’t like "Automatic" either? I don't share your opinion on the album, which I find very good, capable of surprisingly conveying what the five were feeling at the time of recording.

It makes me a bit sad to see the label of masterpiece associated with Wall-E while here they even start at 3 (barely sufficient)... oh well!
