Sufjan Stevens Come On Feel The Illinoise

I would say at least one album for each state capable of showcasing an adequate serial killer, considering the results obtained on John Wayne Gacy Jr.

Nice review, I haven't listened to the album yet, but from what I saw at Traffic, the impression was not very different from that of appestato mantrico. I hope it was just a bad setlist choice, which I honestly didn't expect from Traffic, since they are usually very attentive... after getting the audience excited with the Soulwax in their "part of the weekend never dies" version, the rhythm needed to be maintained, and from the Tricky live performance itself, as a fan of the early albums, I expected more; instead, I often found myself bored. In particular, I missed hearing the deep and threatening voice I remembered; the overall experience felt a bit watered down.

two excellent albums then nothing, collaborations are enjoyable too but too little to make a best of... however fatboy is really norman
Galliano In Pursuit Of The 13th Note

beautiful, and it’s nice not to be the only one who fondly remembers what was 'sown' by mr. galliano and talkin' loud... I don't agree that it sounds dated today; the sound was rough and unpolished even back then! here we are at an album experiment, the true 'record' is the subsequent a joyful noise unto the creator... another review is needed!

we could add the "tintin-tuntun-fschhh" in the de-genres ;) I've listened to a couple of tracks from the album in question and I find myself with the carefree atmosphere of a summer in the sun that you describe, and I don't mind carrying it with me into the cold season ahead. Since you mention the Air, wasn't it their 10.000 Hz Legend that was considered the last album to successfully capture Pink Floydian atmospheres while modernizing them? Can we venture a comparison?
Lawrence Kasdan Il Grande Freddo (1983)

mixed feelings: a film watched and re-watched, a soundtrack listened to and re-listened to to the point of considering both unforgettable, yet Sabatino's point of view remains completely understandable. The key may truly lie in contextualizing everything to what was produced by American cinema of the time, as already pointed out by London; I’m now thinking, for example, of "Ordinary People" and "Kramer vs. Kramer."

Absolutely agree with psycho, and I must say that I remember the collaboration with Soulwax on "NY Excuse" more than their entire output; even their beautiful remixes for others tend to end up being a bit the same, as much as I appreciate them... I remember more the irony of some of their lyrics, at least on the previous one, I don't know about this...

Welcome back, it's a pleasure to read you, but I hope you don't see elves and fairies, t(enya) and lorena mcbobbit so close to the wobbly universe of the two sisters... in that case, I might also stop listening to them! By the way, I didn't even know about this release; here josi is definitely slacking off ;)
Woody Allen Sleeper

and Diane Keaton is of breathtaking beauty, not to mention her credentials ;)
