I don't understand your dichotomy qezrty; it doesn't make much sense to me. Nuclear power isn't a trend or a cultural movement. And I don't even understand what you define as a moral duty since there's nothing more wrong than stirring public opinion with such distorted views. The ignorance of the public on this topic, which could have been tolerated or accepted 20 years ago, today is nothing but a useless legacy, given that today's nuclear reality is very far from that of Chernobyl, if not chronologically then certainly technologically.
