Jimi Hendrix The Rainbow Bridge Concert

Aniel catches me off guard. I believe the two live performances are spaced out by a maximum of a month. In any case, I can’t tell you which of the two performances was the last. However, what I reviewed is certainly the last major media event. I can say with certainty that the live performance at Wight is qualitatively superior (among the latest performances, of course).

For Lethe: I fully understand. I believe you're right, fans are willing to do anything and the companies capitalize on it. I called it a gem for fans just to imply that it's not another pointless collection.

Somebody once said that talking about music is like 'dancing about architecture'; I think that makes a lot of sense. Yet a record can be commented on, and you can distinguish what is beautiful from what isn’t. Claudio (May I speak to you informally, if that's alright?), your review speaks of love for a band and I fully respect that, but the long sentences and the search for an 'elevated' language make it, in my opinion, a bit too 'cloying'. I hope I’m not being rude saying this and I prefer not to give a vote, simply because it would be rather silly to rate someone else's musical sensitivity. A score for the album? I consider it beautiful. That’s it. Xtc or Police? The Police, but one day I might wake up and convince myself otherwise, who knows… Those who resort to insults when discussing music are evidently convinced they can dance about architecture.
