Hi Coelum, beautiful review, heartfelt.. I LOVE Consoli and I realize that with her, there’s no middle ground: either you love her or you hate her, and fortunately, I belong to the former. Personally, I agree with you on what you wrote about the maturation of this period and the change that has occurred with this work, but I definitely prefer the tough and angry, yet very sad, Carmensita from her early works, especially from Mediamente Isterica, which I consider her peak.. I have all her CDs anyway and listen to them from time to time; the latest ones are certainly much more refined and definitely for more sophisticated tastes, but I prefer her rockier side, maybe because after seeing her live and being captivated, I grasped her true soul, which is absolutely rock.. Little great Sicilian..

They are different... Worst case scenario is terribly bloody, rougher, almost sharp but melodic in its own way. There's energy, charge, noise, sweat... what else? I love The Ideal Crash and find it perfect, that's where the difference lies. This isn’t, but it’s terribly direct and fascinating... More than the Rem, I found the early Placebo here, and woe to anyone who touches that!!!
