As you know, I don't love Cave as much as you do and I'm unprepared.. therefore I won't vote for the album but for your writing: girlzzz paua!!

because the fosca can talk to you about it too, but your list is as long as mine and now that you're crossing off all the new arrivals... Anyway, it's here, warm..

Hello Iko, what a pleasure to read you again in all your polemical glory.. As for the anonymous above, if I've been absent from de-b for some time, there must be a reason, don't you think? Or maybe I'm just being haughty and I don't even realize it..

...perhaps not "An unparalleled, unique voice. I believe the best Female Rock voice in the world" but definitely a great band from the 90s, a unique voice, and a perfect album.

Returning to the topic of MUSIC, beyond personal tastes and the usual comparisons with favorite bands, at that time, love them or hate them, the Cranberries truly amassed hordes of followers and die-hard fans, and anyone like me who saw them live during their golden period can testify to their energy and talent on stage, despite a few more or less unintentional off notes from O'Riordan. The first was a hugely successful debut, highly different from the sound of other bands of the same era (grunge was at its peak and simultaneously declining), the second was a masterpiece, and this - the third - its natural continuation. The creative vein is still pulsating with energy. I find that among the best tracks not previously mentioned are "Bosnia," a sweet ballad with an intense crescendo about the horrors of war and Sarajevo, and "Forever Yellow Skies," a tightly wound ballad with almost playful vocalizations; and "Electric Blue," which in my opinion somewhat revisits the structure of the previous (beautiful) "The Daffodil Lament" from the prior album. In short, let's occasionally try to consider music for what it is, away from prejudices and/or personal favoritism. Whether we like it or not, the Cranberries made noise back then, and much more...

Hi Grasshopper.. I want to emphasize how enjoyable it is to read your reviews, and I fully support your passion for Genesis, even though I think 5 is a bit too much for this album.. If Mr. Iko happens to be around here, he will certainly express his opinion with fervor! However, I am very surprised and touched by your emotional description evoked by the listening experience because it’s exactly what I feel too.. Especially for Blood on the rooftops, which is still among my absolute favorites from the entire Genesis catalog. Well done.

There are ways and ways to say things, even the most personal or gruesome. Hence my above comment. It's not about the stench of God. And the fact that I completely disagree is another matter that I reaffirm here, in this context and due to the tones above.
For Sallu, I second the seventh comment above. Also for Sallu: why have you never responded to my requests for help about the Interpol? Don’t be like that!!!
:-((

Anyone here brave enough to leave comments under the great Iko? Hi Iko, welcome back first of all... you’re right, but this is still one of my favorites among the masterpieces, precisely because it closely follows the crisis and the tough confrontation... And it has some chilling parts! Well done, grasshopper!!!
