Incredible! This album! I believe you and about 5 others in Italy know it, including one person who introduced it to me, who used to frequent these sites.. A bit brief in writing, if I didn't know the album I would be a bit confused reading these lines, but I completely agree with the choice. Bye.

Hi Pex, Scarlet Walk, listened to again after more than 2 years, is a great album, and I have to say that the more time passes, the more I like it, even though it doesn't have the "potena" of the first 3 undisputed masterpieces. I was disappointed by the latest one from last year, although it created the opportunity to see her live last July in Como, which was amazing... Kisses

Masterpiece album, brave review, excellent comment by Morningstar, and the amazed joy of realizing how many people know and love Gainsbourg. Beautiful page.

Come on, Soul II Soul! I have the first two vinyl records. I loved them madly back in the day. Unfortunately, in Volume I, "Back to Life" only has a 30'' dub a cappella version, while the actual piece (which I’ve never found/searched for again) is spectacular in all its classic length. Soft, refined, avant-garde (as you say, they come just before the Massive while still deviating from them with a lighter and more commercial sound). They've also vanished into the limbo. What a shame.

Look, I read — to realize (unlike you) who I'm reluctantly debating with — your review of Al Jarreau's CD. Below it, I found 3 comments, an average rating of 2, but above all, a review written hastily and reductively, lacking emotional and TECHNICAL insights, entirely impersonal and not at all "intriguing," and this should be your area of expertise, from what you say.. How bold! Have you even read it yourself? If I didn’t know Al Jarreau, I would never be encouraged to discover him thanks to your writing, nor would I feel the urge to read any others. And with this, I’ll definitively end this stupid discussion. Regards.
