I've had this CD for about 3 years and I've listened to it once, distractedly: I needed "a little help" and this review gave me the input.. Thank you

I agree with odradek's comment, and I'd like to add that of the three collections, this one ranks second for me (first is Du Jazz..). I unfortunately don't speak French and understand it just enough, and I'm aware that this limits my listening experience because his lyrics are known for their inventiveness and originality. I literally adore Gainsbourg. Well done morning..

I bought it, done deal... Adriano, the definition you provided seems a bit reductive or hasty, even though it’s not easy to define indie; let's say it's alternative pop, very very melodic with a predominant use of guitars over other instruments, preferably not too distorted and even better if acoustic, a rhythm less incisive than rock, and a lingering melancholy always in the background. If it were a season, Indie would be the beginning of autumn or the very first steps of spring... Bye.

For Qzerty: as per your advice, I downloaded some of London After M... Well, the sound is absolutely typical of the fantastic Eighties, and ...I really like them! Thanks for the recommendation. Kisses

Mom, this album is so beautiful, with his voice warm and sometimes overly melodic, and hers seemingly fragile but actually powerful, like a punch in the stomach. "Revolver" is stunning, with that atmosphere and that Gainsbourg-esque singing (Charlotte, of course), "A Vita Bassa," brilliant, an excellent piece of work. I literally fell in love with it and didn’t listen to anything else for months... I admit I’m not familiar with the previous ones, but this one won me over. Great review. A kiss to the old guard: Frantz, Zurk!, Southman!!! Bye.
