Hi M., I need to reread it but I seem to remember wonderful things about it... but it's well-known when it comes to Grasshopper, a brand of quality!

All true, but CRY FOR LOVE with that raspy voice and those guitars is beautiful!!!!!

Sylvian, you know, I don't know! He's vanished, literally. Maybe someone knows more and can give some tips that I'm missing. Instead, I've promised myself to go fishing and check out the last two albums by Talk Talk, which I think, at this point, I'm really going to like. It's just that if I'm not careful, soon the choice will be between music and, say, the gas bills! :-/

Hi, the review is nice, but I have a huge headache since yesterday and I can't connect.. I'll read it better because it deserves it, it's .. "rich". I only know them from Wing of Joy. I will also look into this. Kisses

It’s truly very nice, Sylvian.. Then let me know. I take responsibility…

Ah Mariè, anyway we think the same way... But how do you know that I love those 2 CDs, by the way? Where did I write that? I haven't found any posts about the reviews, or given the time and the end of the week, am I totally spaced out?

Mariaelena, there's no need to be aggressive. In the previous posts, you didn't make any comment/mention regarding the album, which is why my question was more than legitimate since we're talking about the album. Of course, people's sensitivity influences how a piece is perceived, and I also add that it affects how a work is produced, but I consider this obvious and taken for granted, which is why I'm not writing a review or many comments, because here we should (and I use a conditional) primarily talk about music. If we want to go in this direction instead, then I'll say that Hollis' immense sensitivity has produced a wonderful work for himself, for me, and for those who are moved listening to music like I am, but I reiterate, it's obvious and perhaps uninteresting for those who don't know the album in question and would like to know more. The discussion about technique has nothing to do with it since the fact that I studied music ultimately places me on the same level as a self-taught person, at least in relation to music. Or rather: how many artists with an excellent cultural and educational background produce works of a lower level compared to people with less technical knowledge but greater sensitivity? But I also find this quite obvious, so as you can see, I didn't make any snobbish comments; I was just responding to Sylvian. And finally, the two albums you mention (Cure and Gabriel) are not masterpieces because we both like them, but because THEY ARE masterpieces recognized internationally, right?
