You've brought up a dangerous topic, dear Kirk: you talked about losers! Someone like you, with a name like Kirk, can only be a loser! I bet you're 25 and still stuck on video games, while your parents won't let you buy a motorcycle or a car, and they forbid you to go out at night to drink a beer with your friends. Or maybe you're a 13-year-old loser who hears about Metallica and has his musical horizons stop there because someone told him that the black album sold millions of copies, and so for him, it's a masterpiece... I'm sorry for you.

Kirk, shut up or I’ll come to your house and beat you, your brother, and your parents! Vic is partly right when he says this album sucks like everything they’ve done in the last 15 years. Hammet is a piece of shit and Mustaine was definitely better, but the early Metallica were legendary with Hetfield, Ulrich (who, by the way, can play pretty well) and Burton.
3.5 in the review that leans towards 3 for the bullshit about the first 4 albums and for not commenting (or trashing) enough on the other songs.

Can I make a hypothesis about why they keep playing? Simply for enjoyment, to have an excuse to go on tour, to prove that they’re not finished yet, and several songs from this group confirm that. Alright, there are no more Lord and Blackmore, but the Purple are still the Purple.
