Iron Maiden Maiden Voyage
Voto:
The title must pay homage to Maiden Voyage by Herbie Hancock.
Soft Machine BBC sessions 67/71

Well, is there someone who has something to say about Soft Machine? I didn't quite understand...
Yes Tales From Topographic Oceans
Voto:
And please, don't bring punk into this because it has nothing to do with it. By the way, in some cases, I have great respect for punk, even if it's not exactly my genre.

Alright, let’s put it this way. If you were to listen to ALL 4 tracks IN A ROW, WITHOUT EVER TAKING A BREAK, without even catching your breath for a moment, you’d be bored to death. Take a 10-minute break between songs and you still have an absolutely delightful work ahead of you, where Yes do play a bit of show-offs, but we need more show-offs like these, so inspired. A rightly excessive album, overflowing for a very specific reason: wonder.
Alice Melodie Passeggere
Voto:
Alice is an artist to discover, in the sense that she is completely unknown in the Italian scene. So far, I've only heard "Azimut," but I had a great impression, and the ratings for her albums are ALWAYS positive. I have no trouble believing that she is truly talented. I will get everything I can find.

PS: I may not be a genius, but it seems quite simple to me to interpret the "topographic oceans" as an ideal that embraces the entire earth, and therefore not only the landmasses, but also seas, oceans, and everything that traverses this world, made more beautiful by groups like Yes and worsened by dissidents like you.

I'll hear it. The first four albums by Soft Machine are (like for many) my favorites, so I can't miss it. (Third is a masterpiece)

I'm listening to it tonight. I promise.
