Listened. Yes, the comparison with Snow Goose has absolutely nothing to do with it, because here we are talking about Camel COMPLETELY different from the usual. The music, the components, the technique are no longer what they used to be, to the point that listening brings a sense of melancholy, like for all the bands that have survived (barely) from those mythical years. It sounds good, but 5 is an affront to the glorious albums recorded in the Seventies. To put together a 5, you need a Moonmadness, not this. Latimer has turned to sounds more in line with the band’s name, more multicultural yes but repetitive; the solos, modesty aside, I could do myself in a few minutes. Some parts are moving, others feel old: it’s the modern effect of "On an island" by Gilmour. I can’t give it more than a weak 4, not at all. Valid for those unfamiliar with prog, Camel and so on. For others, melancholy and regret. De gustibus.

No, "nice" my foot! A review doesn't end with "nice!", it makes you look like a total amateur. Don't ever try that again, okay? I won't give you a one because I'm not that mean to condemn you for a mistake, but watch out. Then a five is a bit over the top (by the way, Viking is better). Four for the good memories...

I believe you, but just so you know, I'm a die-hard fan of the early days of Camel (the masterpieces, that is), so if it's not as you say, I’ll come looking for you, okay? ;)

"I am about to review." Sorry, but on certain things I am damn meticulous. I feel obliged to correct you, but in this way you will make the next reviews more eloquent with this magnificent expression. :)

No. Tarantino's lowest point, to be honest, deserves a 4. The others, of course, all get a 5.

Sure, it's stuff we've seen before. But one never tires of giving a solid 5 to records like this. Welcome XBend...
