Children Of Bodom Follow The Reaper

I find this to be one of the most beautiful productions in modern metal. A stunning album, with a truly powerful sound (and one of the few where I can tolerate the growl, which has become overused nowadays)...

Oh, NeK is spelled without a C, a little respect for genre lovers... XD
Cory Edwards Cappuccetto Rosso e gli insoliti sospetti

I don't like that philosophical meanings are found in a cartoon.
Marillion Somewhere Else

I listened to it, and I got chills (not of pleasure)! Perhaps because it was my first contact with the post-Fish formation, but I still found everything very boring. I think I'll remain stuck in the '80s...

I would dare to add that the cover is a bit gaudy...

Well, this album isn't exactly terrible; it's enjoyable, especially thanks to the singer. But it's definitely not a 5—my rating is 3.5, rounded up to 4.

A slightly more polished version for the review, right? Well, I agree with you anyway...

I add that for me Hammett is an excellent guitarist and Ulrich is a monster on the drums.

Fade to black is just the peak of an almost perfect album. No bullshit, and enough with the comments like "more Metallica," you're more repetitive than the reviewers.

I have the vinyl of this album, but I haven't had the pleasure yet. I think it's their biggest commercial success.
